5 star rating: Highly Recommended March 2018

We were collected on time from our hotel and taken to the start of the tour. It was a very cold day, minus 12 or lower, our tour guide was George, he was great he delivered all the information whilst walking us round in the freezing cold. I learned a lot about Polish history in a very short space of time, it was very interesting. We were not out in the cold too long, We walked through Lazienki Park and the minibus picked us up at the other end and took us through the Jewish Ghetto section, and George explained what had happened to the city during WW2. Then on into old town and a walk around the square with the Royal palace, and tours of 2 very beautiful churches. George was a vey enthusiastic and informative guide, whilst on the mini bus, he pointed out all the sites, and recommended places worthy of a visit. My friend and I decided to stay in old town rather than be dropped back at our hotel, We then toured the Royal Palace and the Chopin Museum, both very interesting and worth seeing. They were also both free on the Sunday we visited

The tour went well. I would have liked The driver to have gone slower past sights because the guide would talk about a site but we would have passed it and then scrambling to see what it was we were supposed to look at. Our guide had a keen sense of humour which made up for this shortfall. Long before the trip I emailed to confirm hotel pickup but on the morning of the tour they asked us to walk to a hotel 7 mins away. The tour in the park and old town was great.

The description was not clear so I signed up and paid for this tour when I really want the 3 hours tour.
