Sunset Dinner on Tonle Sap Lake with a Floating Village Tour

Amazing trip. Very well organised. The sunset was just superb with a great buffet on board too. The trip around the floating village was quite heartbreaking to see how some people are living. Would highly recommend.

Nice trip! You get to see a Lotus Farm, Crocodile Farm least favorite - it is really stressful and the Floating village. It was good although we got some really strong wind on the way to Queen Tara but the guide and the boat driver managed it well.

Good trip!! You get to see a Lotus Farm, Crocodile Farm,Floating village as well as have your meal and drinks unlimited on the deck of Queen Tara. Our guide was very friendly and engaging. Good company of other folks on the trip to o!!

Overall is good , especially the scenery on the the ship, hope can stay longer time on ship. Pick up on time, buffet with limited choices cos not many guests on that day, but unlimited beer and beverages served which is a plus, crocodile farm so crowded

Our guide rocked!, company on the bus was great and the evening was wonderful, we got a true taste of Cambodian life and a great meal, highly recommended

Very disappinting.
Only got to see the village from afar, which I understand, yet was led to belive that it was a village trip, and not just passing the village .
The food was edible, but not spectacular in any way.
The meal takes place on an old hulk which is static, and not on a moving boat.
We looked it as a romantic anniversary trip and were fortunate that there were not lots of people as actually its just another of thoes excuses for a pissup, as one gets all the free alcohol one wants, but for us that hardly have more than a pint or two its a waste of time.
Dont recommend it except as a way to see the river, but then dont pay for the meal.

No issues with organisation. Not sure all details are clear on information, eg the Tara boat does not cruise, it is at a fixed mooring. The stops at the Lotus Farm and Crocodile Farm are ok and you learn a little bit, but do not add much. Returning to the Lake after 16 years I left with a distinct impression that the area has not enjoyed any development - the floating communities are very poor, and some of the begging is quite sad. Free bar is a big plus, but the food was average not huge variety, and luke warm. Overall an Ok tour if you are in town for a long stay, and like your cocktails, but on balance would not recommend.
