Driver was on time and car very nice but the driver delivered me to wrong hotelnot his faulttour operator fault but Thr driver was ready to leave me there and go on but I refused to allow him to do that. Also, Siem Reap hottest place Ive ever been and I live in the tropics and the driver had ac on lowest possible setting and I was roasting..after the bad experience at wrong hotel he finally cranked ac up. The driver for Chiang Mai didnt know where my hotel was and kept driving in circles. Getting me to my destination from airport is the only bad for Viator but so far they have been wrong two of three places. Not stellar.
