This was a really fun tour with a guide who told spooky stories and had a lot of knowledge about historical and current Salem. You can tell he believes a lot of the ghost stories he tells and that makes it all the spookier. There's a surprise at the end...!

We loved our tourguide Mike. I appreciated his sense of style, story telling and genuine engagement with his entire group. He chatted with everyone, was witty and had a ton of knowledge. He told first hand stories and noticed my Deathly Hallows scarf and laughed at my Muggle joke.

Highly recommend, and i can't wait to go back and spend more time in Salem!

I thought this was a pretty decent tour. It was a little long-winded for sure. My primary concern was how sexist it was. We heard many stories about the men affected by the Salem Witch Trials, good and bad, but only one about females. I understand that the history may be more challenging to find but perhaps if a little less was spent on debunking crazy stories and photographs and a little more on the history, there might be some more information. I just found it very odd that so many women were killed as witches and that's what Salem is known for, and yet we really didn't hear anything about it.
The story of Giles Corey was terribly long. Maybe shortening this would allow some more info about other things to be given.
I would have also liked just more history in general about Salem. I know this is a ghost and vampire walking tour and that was fun but I think it's important to remember that people also take these tours to learn more about the area they are in, within the frame given. I felt some of that was missing. Also, the vampires were just thrown in I felt. It wasn't like there was anything particular to Salem about vampires.
Still an interesting tour for the money but I think it can still be improved.
