We loved feeding the monkeys and enjoyed learning about how coffee and cocoa is ground/processed. One negative of the tour would be the sales pitch at the end when they try to sell you the cocoa and coffee products. Also, you only get to spend about 30 minutes out of the four hours with the monkeys. And, you have to stand against a fence while feeding the monkeys which makes it hard to get good photos of your family feeding the monkeys. The tour guide does take pictures which you can buy at the end of the experience. However, pictures are 10 each.
