SAFE! FUN!! AND THE STAFF WAS AWESOME! Jose' (guide) and driver Nelson were MAGNIFICO!! Seriously so much fun on the AIR CONDITIONED bus ride in and out. The trip thru small native communities and the information by Jose' was fantastic. Zip lines were safe and awesome. Crew was so nice and made us feel at ease. The coffee/cocoa/coconut/home tour was great. Seriously felt

Big willie and the rest of the crew made the 12 zip lines fun! Sone of the best I've done!Lunch was delicious and had variety. The monkeys were adorable and do bounce off your head and shoulders! My only complaint would have been the safari style truck and the rain for 40min.. but it's an adventure!

My wife, three children 7, 10, 11 and I had a great time on this excursion. Started the day by going ziplining. It was a long course that had some great views. My 7 year old was nervous at first but once he did the first line, he was running to the next one. They take your photo while ziplining and offer it to you for purchase. They are not pushy. We had lunch at a large pavilion operated by the tour company. The food was very good. It was local recipes, mostly chicken. We then went to see the Monkeys. That was a great experience. They are all over the place. Jumping from one person to the next. They take your picture with the monkeys. You can buy it if you want. They are not pushy. You can also take your own pictures as well. We finished the tour at a local plantation home where we learned about coffee, chocolate farming and processing. We sampled fresh chocolate and coffee. This was a nice way to end the trip. This tour takes the better part of a day but it is fun. I recommend it.

Started with the Zipline tour. Though there were alot of groups going through the lines went very quickly. The staff were polite and helpful for the pers that were nervous. Rented lockers on site for refundable charge of 10US. 12 towers in total so it took about 2hrs to complete. Safety was always the staffs 1 priority. Pictures were taken by staff for purchase after the tour. 25 US for family of 4 photos. After the Zipline we took the tour of local coffee making, cocoa, and cocunut oil production. Very informative. After we were treated to live local music and a good lunch. After lunch we finally got to see the Monkeys. The staff were very informative. 2 staff seemed very pushy at times. We only got 45min for the tour. Dishes of fruit were given out were the monkeys would run around walking and jumping on everyone eating out of the dishes. Photos from the staff were taken while on tour. Once done and if you wanted you could choose which pictures you wanted printed for a fee of 25US. Only thing Id say about the Monkey tour is it could of been a bit longer but definitely would go back again.

This was an awesome tour!!! Our guide Jose and driver Wilbur made the day extremely fun. The zip line was extremely well organized. There was no waiting and we literally just went one line after another. The team that worked the zip line were really nice and helpful. They made us laugh and we felt at ease throughout the entire operation. I have done many zip lines and this one is by far a favorite. Our next stope was to the cocoa and coffee farm, did not know about this added bonus. This was really interesting they taught us about how the items are harvested and made into different products, we got to sample hot cocoa and coffee and both were amazing. They had products for sale at really affordable prices. Next was really a highlight of the day for me and that was meeting the monkeys. they were extremely friendly and fun to interact with. I had four monkeys on me at one time and was smiling from ear to ear. They give you a lot of time with them and they are really cute and active. they love to look at themselves in cell phones. Do this tour, you wont regret it. Well worth the money.

This was by far the best excursion our family has ever done. Everyone agreed that the Monkeys were the best part of the day : The zipline was a great adventure and my 10 year old did it without any problems. The monkeys were amazing and very active. They are very happy and excited to see us and are not scared to come to us and eat from our bowls. We got to see a 3 day old baby with her Mama who stole everyones hearts. There were many pictures with them. Our tour guide Alex was great with telling us a little about Dominican way of life and pointing out points of interest on our bus ride. We will definitely do this again!

My wife and I really enjoy seeing how the locals live and driving through some of the towns. On this trip you get to drive past some of the local joints, the schools, and people. Zip lining was great fun for everybody, and felt very worth it. The monkey exhibit was by far one of the coolest things We've done. The monkeys were very active and super friendly and brave. They were all over us eating food right out of our hands and climbing all over our heads and shoulders letting us get some awesome pictures!! You can't go wrong with this trip!!

This was very exciting and fun, I wish they would allow you to roam around more though. I do understand that safety of the monkeys is most important-but they way they lead you slowly along is very uneventful. They monkeys clearly know that food is around because as you come in they start to gather in the overhead trees. We got a lot more action and monkey interaction when we got to walk around. I feel when we just stood there a group of people seemed intimidating so they were a little scared to gather.

Best zip lining! Monkeys were amazing. Then they went on and showed us a typical Dominican home. They explained the culture gave us lunch of foods typically eaten. Then we went on to see how chocolate and coffee is made by the locals. Lots of fun. Great deal for the money.

Oh my god so much fun. We did it even in the rin and had so much fun. The crew at the zip line were the best. You have to ask for Jordan he was so much fun.
A big thank you goes out to PJ and our driver for making this a fun adventure even in the rain. We would do it again.
Have never had a bad experience with Viator booking.
