The trip description alone was enough of a factor in our decision to go with this tour geological marvels of limestone formations in the middle of the sea, sea cave kayaking, bioluminescent plankton... what's not to love?. Boy were we glad we did this because it turned out to be one of the highlights of our entire trip.
The excursion was methodically planned and executed loaded with lots of sights to see, new experiences, an abundance of information from the guides, adequate amount of free time to either swim or kayak on our own and a delightful spread of meals for both lunch and dinner. Overall, we couldn't ask for a more organized and pleasant tour while in Phuket.
Kayaking alongside the limestone karsts and into the sea caves and lagoons was unbelievably surreal. At one point, we all somehow decided to stop talking and the resulting eerie silence only punctuated by the sounds of nature was something special. Having to lie on our backs in the kayaks in order to navigate the tight entrances to the sea caves added to the fun of the experience.
The opportunity to experience floating candlelit flower boats that we made ourselves was a nice touch to the trip. It was like being there during their Loy Krathong festival, albeit on a much smaller scale of course. Then, ending the night witnessing bioluminescent plankton was so cool and made for the perfect ending to a wonderful experience.

The trip was a great experience, perhaps the timings for lunch and dinner could be set a little bit later. Some of the crew members were very young and didn't have enough knowledge about the places they took us, along with their little English knowledge, it was a bit of a shame because I wanted to ask questions. Be aware, this trip doesn't take you to the main attractions like James Bond or Phi Phi islands... But if you are fine with it, this will be a great experience.
This is one of the best tours I have ever taken. From the minute we were greeted to the minute we got back in the taxi for home, it was a fantastic experience. The food service was unexpectedly delicious and the crew members made all of us feel welcomed, appreciated, and part of the family. Our kayak guide knew so much about the area we were in and pointed out rock formations, plants, coral, and wildlife we might not have noticed ourselves. We also had a bit of down time where we could just jump off the boat and swim in the ocean for a bit. I highly recommend this over the other James Bond Island tours that are out there. I am a solo traveler but didn't feel alone on this excursion which is a big plus in my book. Do it!
Highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Thailand. The guides were so friendly and informative. I could have not imagined a more beautiful oasis when traveling through the caves at dusk.
My one tip: USE the water proof bags they provide to their full extent. Keep them wrapped up or make my mistake and ruin your phone.
