A great deal of confusion for this tour. PIcked up Miami downtown, driven to Miami beach, tour not to start for appr. an hour so dropped off to shop, then taken to beach area to change to the bus that was actually providing the tour. The information given on the tour was limited and covered no history or local information. Staff friendly. Unlikely to use your company again.
