The cooking class was great! There were a total of 12 people with various backgrounds. The cooking demonstrations of making a flower from a tomato and a bow with a cucumber was fun and somewhat difficult for me. Of course the trip to the market and seeing many vegetables and other foods that were new to many of us was very interesting, As this is a daily routine for the residents and showed how the people live.The actual cooking was by far the most fun as all of us under the direction of the chef/restaurant owner demonstrated our cooking skills. I recommend this class. This is a must to do and those without cooking skills should not hesitate!
