Overall, my experience was good and I enjoyed this tour using the 24 hour pass. I liked that a walking tour for the changing of guards in Buckingham Palace and Thames River Cruise are included in the pass. I managed to do both. I skipped the walking tour and went straight to viewing the changing of guards. It was a long wait though for the boat ride for the river cruise. Wasn't able to complete all lines (missed the orange line) given the limited time. If you have time, better to get the 48-hour or 2-day pass to maximize the tour and do it at a relaxed pace.
Unfortunately we had a bad experience with this tour, and it was our only negative experience in an otherwise fantastic city to explore. The hop on hop off stops were not marked well and very hard to find when we finally did find the stop and get on the bus, it stopped for a 15-minute delay for no apparent reason, then by the time it started driving we were deep into rush hour traffic, arrived late to our dinner reservations, and there was no guide nor anyone to talk to. We had nothing but frustration and disappointment with this tour.
Stops were not as confusing as Rome HOHO with the OMNIA card. A lot of standing at bus stops. A fire broke out in the city at one of the hotels and bus were re-routed. We had to walk a lot to different bus stops looking for this bus. We just grabbed a taxi and went back to the hotel. Only good if you don't get off the bus.
