While planning our trip to London, Warner Bros Studio was a must-do! We are fans of Jk Rowling. My daughter is obsessed, me not so much, but it was entertaining. We used Viator previously in Italy and USA, They have been reliable and customer service oriented. This tour makes you call..not email, which was difficult without international plan. Hotel concierge helped us out. Bus ride did not provide wifi even though advertised as a feature, no film or music, Literally our guide slept until minutes before we arrived at Studio. we were left on bus while guide purchased tickets and only then were we given pickup instructions. Nice comfortable bus, prompt arrival and return, sufficient time allowed. Recommend....as easy transport to see Warner Bros.
Loved the Studio Tour - but the time frame should be longer. Had to skip the last third to get to the return bus transport. The no cancellation policy is bad because you cannot cancel and get your money back even for legitimate reasons - which keeps other people from being able to attend.
Do not miss visiting this studio if you are even remotely interested in Harry Potter! The studio tour is great, there is so much to see and the attention to detail is amazing. The ride to the studio was very enjoyable with many interesting facts about London provided by our guide. My only complaint was that the information we printed after booking said that we had to call 24 hours ahead of time to re confirm, which is very inconvenient if you are relying on internet for your travels and don't have cellular data, and even worse, when we did call we were given the wrong gate number at which to meet the bus. Victoria Coach station is huge and crowded and we went all the way to the last gate before we realized we should have been instructed to meet at the first one. No one at the last gate knew where to send us and at the first gate there were no signs about the Harry Potter tour. Victoria Coach station is a good 10-15 minute walk from Victoria underground station, so allow yourself plenty of time to get there and find the meeting place. Once that was behind us and we were on our way the afternoon was magical!
The bus driver didn’t welcome people or explain what bus you were on, why you were there, didn’t acknowledge or explain why we were 30min behind schedule. You just had to hope you were on the right bus! Same in on the return. The bus just stopped. It was only after he was asked, that he announced that this was the last stop and added “finished, fini, done”. The Harry Potter Tour and park itself was absolutely amazing, but 4 hours from walking off the bus to returning to the bus was not enough time to truly enjoy. I would recommend 5-6hours. This would allow participants to eat and use the facilities adequately.
