A really good tour, very well organised the guide was excellent she was very informative throughout the auschwitz tour then the birkenau tour. She gave everyone a chance to ask questions if needed but really you didnt need to it was there for all to see.
The lunch was good nothing fancy but did the job. It took about one hour twenty minutes to get to the salt mine, the tour takes about two hours which soon goes at a gentle pace.
The driver had us back at our hotel early evening as planned. I would highly recommend doing both tours in the same day.

This full day trip is really worth doing. The morning was spent in Auschwitz first then on to Birkenau. Our guide for both was exceptional considering where we were. The way she conducted the tour was just right in my opinion, knowledgeable and respectful, setting the right tone. A tour that should not be missed by anyone who has the opportunity to take it. After lunch we went on to a completely different tour, the Salt Mine, again another top guide, Evelyn who told us all about the mine and how the miners created the chapels and figures inside. Two massively different tours in one day, each in their own way worth doing. Escorted all day by Tomasz and thank you to him for taking very good care of us.

A lot of walking, wouldnt suggest it for people with mobility issues. The Auschwitz-Birkenau part was very intense, not for the weak at heart. The Wieliczka Salt Mine was unbelievable and beautiful. The only down side was the sack lunch provided, found not to my taste. They did provide water during the day and with lunch. Would definitely do it again as it was a lot of information to process

This was quite an experience. A somber one like most have said in other reviews, but one every human must see at some point in their life. A long day physically as well as mentally. Make sure to wear running/walking shoes as you will be on your feet a lot!

Long day but worth it. The guides were very knowledgeable and accommodating. My daughter left a pair of expensive sunglasses on the shuttle and the driver went out of his way to return them to us after we contacted the company. We were so appreciative of their honesty and efforts. Highly recommend!

Doing both locations in 1 day was quite long but very worth it. Auschwitz was as you would expect a very somber journey through all that went on but it was also very detailed and informative with an brilliant guide. Adding the Salt mines on the same time did lift the spirits somewhat but just a word of warning, the trip starts with a climb down 380 steps so is not for the infirm. It was a fantastic site to visit though, with all the amazing salt sculptures.

A great tour. It was a very long day tour but worth of money!! Pick up schedule, travel time and guide were well organized. We were grateful that the coach bus driver able to pick us up from and drop us back to our airbnb apartment. Highly recommended for someone looking to see places outside Krakow. Auschwitz tour was very informative. We had a great tour guide. Birkenau tour took long walks to the end of the site, in the middle of hot summer day. I highly recommend people to bring umbrella or wear hats. Very sad tours but well worth to visit once in your lifetime when you have a chance. We were glad that this is taken off from our bucket list as the must place to visit. Salt mine tour was very interesting. We were glad to visit this unique site. Learned a lot of history from our amazing tour guide!!
