Pick-up,travel and visits were very well-organized. The driver and both guides were very good. In summer do not forget to take a hat , there is 3 km walkway in Birkenau under sun..

We had an awesome tour guide at Aushwitz. His grandfather was a survivor of the camp so his stories felt like he had a first hand experience of being there. Learned so much from this day that I never picked up on in my schooling over the years.

I was disappointed with the tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau. The tour guide rushed through the camps and since she had a heavy accent was sometimes hard to understand. I understand she had a lot to cover in a limited time, but I did feel rushed. The Wieliczka Salt Mine was interesting. The tour guide did a good job.

A trip that give you a real perspective on the concentration camps and let's you absorve you surroundings and understand what really went on. A unique experience all most have.
Salt mines and a bright ending to a very inlighting day and trip. Hidden beauty of the salt.

This day trip was amazing and completely worth it. The driver, Michael, was so helpful. The salt mine isn’t something I would’ve visited on my own, but it was so interesting! Highly recommend this tour.

The tour guides were great. I would recommend this tour. It was very informative. The only thing I would recommend is to allow some more time for one to buy some souvenirs.

Our guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. This in a very harrowing and sad tour but well worth a visit. We chose to have the tour with lunch which was really nice. The salt mines were very good however There is an awful lot of stairs and walking.

Great tour! The salt mine I could have skipped.

I had come from Canada to Poland specifically to go to Auschwitz. I sprained my ankle very badly the day before and could not walk on the uneven cobblestones there. Bartock very kindly arranged for a wheelchair to be waiting and then pushed me through the entire tour. Without him I would not have been able to fulfill my long time goal. Thank you, Bartock. You are a very kind gentleman.

Visiting Auschwitz should be a requirement for every person on the planet. It is one terrible thing to read about the Holocaust but worse to actually be there. To stand in one of the cement lined gas chambers with the holes in the ceiling where they dropped the gas canisters that took up to 20 minutes to kill everyone locked in including children and infants. To stand in the crematorium and see the ovens where they then reduced those dead bodies to ashes and to look up to see the greasy black smoke covered ceiling. To see the huge piles of human hair that had been used to make felt for the soldiers boots. To see the mountains of shoes, clothing, glasses, that had been seized. To see the barracks where they lived in squalor, starvation and despair in subzero freezing temperatures. Heartbreaking.
Everyone should go. Lest we forget

The tour was amazing because my guide for both tours was very informative and made the experience more than I expected.I would definitely recommend this to friend's and family.I also think everyone should visit Auschwitz-Birkenau to learn about the torment they people went through and so we never forget and never let anything remotely like that to happen again.
