We took a family trip on a trip from New York. We also had two boys with teenagers. Because it was a group of large numbers, there were two guides, the main guide was carefully starting to finish the tour safely and on time. He talked with all the tourists and the children very friendly, and it was a safe and enjoyable tour. The children were also very happy, they said that they want to go again. There was enough time in each place, and we gained valuable experience. Thank you very much.

This was a great way to experience this region. We have three children 14,12 and 9 and they also thoroughly enjoyed the day.. Antonio was an excellent guide and we all enjoyed the commentary. Lunch at the winery was lovely also. We had just enough time at every stop. Claudia was also a great guide in Siena. It was a long day, but worth it!

If your goal is to see the heights in these three town, then this is the tour for you. Dan Gimignano was a pleasant surprise and we'll worth seeing. Wish we had more time in Siena. Lisa was about right, see the tower and move on. Nice bus..

Excellent trip. The only complaint, per se was how far buses have to park from the attractions, which I understand is not in the tour operators control. Seeing Pisa was just okay, if I did this again I would have skipped that destination. The walk from the bus to the attraction was quite long and we had to walk through a very busy and not so clean part of town. The guides on our trip were great, very organized and kept us in the loop during our entire trip.

Our guide took us around the Tuscany, showing nice, medieval times towns as Sienna, Pisa, San Gimignano. Lunch with wine tasting had been at the very welcoming and pleasant winery.Thank you, Viola, for your efforts to keep all the group of 61 people together!

Few Observation to share are :- I personally think Pisa should be covered first and then the rest, it should have been the other way round. We reached Pisa at around 1730 hrs almost at the end of the evening. It is the main attraction being one of the Wonders of the World, reaching so late doesn't help. We had to again assemble back at 1845 hrs, not enough time to do justice. Also the sun had gone down making it visibility less to click the photographs. Though evening had its own charm however some more time and light would have helped. It was too hushed up trip.- Group size was very large to manage.

If you want a good way to see these three great cities, this is a great option. HOWEVER, if you are not prepared to walk A LOT (and I mean steep hills) then do not book this tour. My tour group had a lot of elderly people who unfortunately didn’t realize how demanding this tour was and were struggling the whole day. By the time we got to the last city they stayed on the bus. ALSO, the bus does not have any bathrooms which seems ridiculous given the amount you spend traveling from city to city. If I could go back in time, I don’t think I would have booked this tour.

You cover a lot of territory and see some wonderful views of Tuscany. It was especially nice to visit the picturesque little town of San Gimignano where we bought some leather (discount because of our guide). There were about 60 people on the bus so there is a lot of crowd management to be done, and therer is always someone late for each rendezvous spot. So you spend a fair amount of time trying not to be late and waiting for someone else who is.

Our bus had problems, so they did provide another bus, but we left late and got home early. Felt rushed all day, not getting enough time at any of the stops. A lot of extra walking, as we had to walk a good distance from the bus just to reach the sites we were seeing, then additional walking through the towns. If you have the time, I recommend splitting up your tour of Tuscany, as trying to see Siena, San Gimignano, and Pisa in the same day was exhausting and we did not have enough time at any of the stops. Also there are no bathrooms on the bus, so taking time for a big group to use restrooms was also a problem.

Lots of countryside but very rushed. Lunch at vineyard was very disappointing and awful. I think you can with effort find much better local options. The country side is wonderful from Florence. Lots of walking up and down hills so be prepared. Guide was adequate but not really friendly.
