Joe was our driver. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. He organized everything the best he could under the cyclonic weather.

We had never been on a tour before. We took the three day Skye and Highlands tour and had an amazing time. We were on a small 14 person bus which was great for getting to know everyone. Our driver, Duncan was very knowledgable on Scottish history and had wonderful stories and coordinating music to every location that we stopped at. The trip couldn't have been better! I would do it again and will suggest it to anyone who wants to see beautiful Scotland.

We had such a good time in Highlands despite the rain. Our tour guide Duncan was excellent. He was very calm and organized the entire trip well. He told all of the Scottish stories much better than the tour guide of my other Scottish trip. I could understand the history and culture much better this time. Our B and B in Isle of Skye was good. The excitement was all about the Harry Potter train. We were all like kids. One word of advice about the train ride: sit on the right side to get a better view. Seriously, everything was good about the trip.

This was a wonderful tour. It was obvious that our driver, Lee, was a professional. H was a steady driver and talked fluently about the history along the way. All of our family members (one adult, two elders and one teenager) enjoyed the beautiful scenery companied by Lee´s elaborated information. It was impressive how he remembered all of it and still was able to work in some humor. The stops were well picked and we enjoyed so many beautiful sceneries. Our hotell at the harbor of portree was lovely. Would love to come back and take this tour again.

My boyfriend and I recently did a three day tour of the highlands and the Isle of Skye. I was a bit nervous that it would be too much driving, and don’t get me wrong it was a lot, but our guide Joe did an AMAZING job of keeping us entertained and informed. He’s incredibly knowledgeable on the history, lore, and general way of life in the highlands as he’s a highlander himself. He went out of his way to make sure we were all happy and got to see what we came to see, even if that meant dropping some of us off for a hike while the others went for tea and a beach walk. The sites were amazing, but Joe’s stories and insights on every location is what really what made the trip so fun.
We stayed at the Caledonian in Portree which was lovely. Comfortable bed, good breakfast, friendly staff, and a great location. What more could you ask for?
We saw and learned so much over three fun and action packed days and had the best time! This tour was the highlight of our entire UK trip. I’d highly recommend this tour, especially if your guide is Joe!

When we started planning our trip to Scotland, my husband and I debated about what would be the best way to see these more remote areas- rent a car, ride trains, or book a tour. We're so glad we did it this way! Our bus was a brand new looking blue Mercedes and our driver/guide was Lee. We were very comfortable on the bus and enjoyed being able to relax and just enjoy the scenery. Lee took us to places we never would have found on our own and his enthusiasm and Scottish pride was contagious. This was by far our best tour experience in all our travels. We had a great group (all adults) from the US, UK, Australia and India. We stayed in the Rosebank Cottages (B and B) in Portree, which was simple but comfortable and included a full Scottish breakfast. Our highlights were Dunvegan Castle and the Jacobite Express train ride. An all-around great experience!

Our tour guide Joe - was quite a character. Fancied himself as a Sean Connery look alike. He seemed quite knowledgeable though it was difficult to separate fact from myth. I haven't taken a lot of

This was a wonderful tour of the highlands and the isle of Skye. One thing that made it so great was our guide Sergio. He was full of great stories, and knowledgeable about history. His positive and friendly spirit was such a plus. He was constantly paying attention to the needs of the group and making any requests come true. The tour was at a good pace and we saw so much. It definitely gave a good taste of the areas.

Cramped Bus.

Awesome trip, the amount of time was just right and the stops were great. The accommodations in Isle of Skye were very nice. Our Tour Guide Sinclair was the absolute BEST!

The only reason I'm giving a 3 and not a 5 is the bus itself. My husband is 6' 1 and I am 5' 10, and we are not huge people. Width of seats very narrow, with seat belt on they dug into our hips, we rode the entire trip unbuckled. The spacing in between rows was just not acceptable. The seats were so close to the seats in front of us that we had to try to sit with our legs spread apart or slanted into the isle way.

If your a small person 5'8 or less, this is the tour for you!
