Unfortunately, the driver would have preferred the Big Bus and not the small bus with the small group he had to do. He drove too fast and the 10 of us were literally hanging on to whatever we could. When we got to Glendalough one man with a bad back said something to him - he disagreed and said he was doing the speed limit and didn't know what we wanted him to do but he slowed down on the way back. Terrible when you don't feel safe. I don't think this fellow did this tour that often. This was the Sept 7, 2019, tour. Have had such outstanding luck with Viator - this put them back in with all the rest and not always a sure bet.

Worst tour we have ever been on. Paddy wagon was late picking us up. 14 people waiting on the dock. Finally a tour guide from VIP tours contacted Paddywagon and they told us to go with VIP until they could get a bus to come get us. After 20 minutes we were dropped on a street corner where we wanted 35 minutes for a paddywagon bus to come pick us up. The driver who obvious was not a guide said he guessed he would have to drive us to glendalough mountains. no commentary. Drops us at stop with one hour to see sight. No lunch. Rushed back to Dublin where he did give us a drive through city with little commentary. Paddywagon did not have this planned well with 4 ships in town and one of those delayed, so our day was a waste. Would not book again.

Guide (who was also the driver) did a very good job. He was very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. We enjoyed this very much.

Great trip, picked up from the pier and headed off into the countryside. Of course have to thank Paddywagon and our tour guide for providing the wonderful sunshine.... The time allowed in Glendalough was perfect and allowed for plenty of time to get out and explore the ruins and walk out towards the lake. Guide was very informative on the way to and from and kept us entertained. This was day two of our cruise stop in Dublin, so when we were dropped off in the shopping district we explored a little bit more and used the ship's shuttle back to the pier, but given the time we were dropped off I am confident they would have gotten us back to the ship.
A great day tour that gets you out of the city, but also gives you some time to explore when you return.

We met our guide from Paddy Wagon, and started our adventure up to Glendalough and through Dublin. Our driver drove us up to Glendalough and we were given a certain amount of time in the area without much instruction of what to do. After that He toured the city and then left us off at the famous Grafton Street area.. without maps or anything to guide us around. His knowledge of city of Dublin itself was extremely informative, but we didn't like being let off in the middle of town for a couple of hours, however, we found the Arts Museum.

We enjoyed this tour because the guide sang us Irish songs accompanied by his guitar. He also had a good sense of humor.
