This was a good tour to get a general feel of Copenhagen and its history. Our guide Jorgen was extremely informative and it was long enough to give a good flavor of the city.
Wonderful time, nice guide, small group. It was worth it! Totally recommend!!!
Fantastic tour, I highly recommend it!
this tour was very informative and really good. recommend it when in Copenhagen
Excellent trip of inner Copenhagen and some of the castles. Rasmus was an excellent host.
We had a wonderful time touring some of the royal sights of Copenhagen on our tour. Our guide, Jorgen, was professional, knowledgable, and articulate. He gave us great tours of Christiansborg Palace, Rosenborg Palace, and the area around Amalienborg Palace. He pointed out many of the other sites of Copenhagen as we drove or walked through the city. The tour also included an hour long canal tour. It was a great introduction to the city before exploring on our own.
Excellent way to learn Danish history and see the sights! Our guide was top notch and we avoided long lines at the castles and canal boats. Meeting place was a bit confusing ... Maybe link a map on your confirmation email to the starting point.
Usually we are skeptical of group tours, but this one was great. Saw a lot of important sites in CPH and really enjoyed our boat tour of the harbor area.
Our guide,Soren, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, professional, funny and gave us great guidance on the finer points of Danish pastry.
We were delighted to be with a small group and Jorgan, an excellent guide, to tour this amazing city. He maintained a comfortable pace and fielded all questions with knowledge and insight. He shared valuable information, which was especially welcoming after an unfulfilling previous day on the Hop On Hop Off bus. The boat trip was informative and delightful despite the wind and rain. One can't underestimate the value of a conscientious guide when trying to capture the history of a city in a limited time. Heartily recommend this tour and this particular guide. Advise to travelers: Bring a hooded rain jacket and layer clothing. Hotels have loaner umbrellas but they are large and cumbersome, so fold-away umbrellas are a welcome luxury.
This is a great way to get a good feel of the city of Copenhagen in one day without the hassle of driving, taking the metro or finding your way with a map on foot. We had a great tour guide named Jorgen who was very knowledgeable and just a genuinely nice guy. This was a mini-bus tour with a limited number of people which made it easier to zip around the city. We started the tour with a 1 hour canal tour, Jorgen dropped us off at the pickup location in Nyhavn and met us when the tour was finished. We were able to cruise the city's waterways with views of the Little Mermaid, Opera House and Christianshavn. Next, we toured Christiansborg Palace, the Danish Parliament, and headed to Amalienborg Palace Square, the home of the Danish Royal Family. We stopped at a local restaurant, a short walk from Amalienborg, for a sit down lunch. This was a great way to sample traditional Danish food. Or final stop for the day was Rosenborg Castle a Renaissance style castle which houses the crown jewels. Jorgen guided us through both palace tours and was very knowledgeable. The collection of swords, clothing and kings wine at Rosenborg was very interesting to see. We took this tour on our second day in Copenhagen and it was a great way to familiarize ourselves with the city. We then struck out on our own to visit any sites that were not covered on the tour. You will not be disappointed with this tour, it is a must, especially on if this is your first visit to Copenhagen.
