The Museum/Heritage Center was really well done and SO convenient to the ship! Aideen who conducted our walking tour did a wonderful job and I really enjoyed the entire experience! Would definitely do it again!

There was no line when we were there, so don't know if it was helpful to buy tickets ahead of time, but looked to me like everyone was routed through the same area, whether you needed to buy tickets, or already had them. It is a very interesting exhibit, self guided tour through the posters. We were disappointed that the genealogy lady was not at her desk, and prior to our visit I did not find a way to set up an appointment with her ahead of time.

Interesting museum, very comprehensive. I loved that it encompassed more of Ireland's immigration history than just the Titanic. The exhibits were well done.

Overwhelming and Inspiring to visit this place that reflect my great-grandmother who got off the train and embarked on the ship for America in early 1890's. I am very pleased to visit this site to get to know better about my Irish heritage and ancestors.

Perfect if arriving on cruise ship-literally less than 200 yards. Good timeline of history of Irish emigration.

Very personal for me as my grandfather left from here to America. The geneological service was great!
