A cost efficient way to get to your hotel upon arrival and back to the airport upon departure. Transport was provided seamlessly, driver was professional and prompt.

It was such a convenience to have a ride already booked from the airport to the hotel. The only problem we had was initially identifying the representative for the tour company. We were expecting to see someone with our name, but the rep had a Mayaland Tours/Gray Line placard, so keep an eye out for that. Once we found the right person, we were treated with flowers and cold bottled water. We took a Mercedes passenger van to the hotel we happened to be the first stop, so it was a quick trip, for about half the price of the shuttle provided by the resort. The return ride was actually a private ride in a Mercedes sedan the driver was on time, friendly, and efficient. I'll definitely use this service next time we are in Cancun!

Nice driver. Was able to enjoy the scenario in route to our hotel and he even stopped at the Cancun sign so we could take pics.

We were booked incorrectly and had to pay 60 dollar Store MORE than initially quoted for. We pod in advanced and could have gotten a better deal elsewhere

Our return trip to the airport was very comfortable. Our ride arrived on time in a brand new 2018 shuttle van . Our driver was very courteous and pleasant. Will continue to book with Viator.

We were pleased with the transportation services provided. It was a bit time consuming from the airport as we had to wait for some others whose flight was delayed. The trip from hotel to airport was much better as the driver was on time and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. The price for this service was reasonable. The vehicle was newer and very clean. The staff was professional and courteous.

Right when we came out of the airport we saw a guy from Viator holding our name to welcome us. He was very kind. He gave me a rose and asked me to give it to my wife and tell I love You to her in Spanish. He then showed us way to our Van and told us you have come to the best place in Mexico. Definitely I would recommend this service to everyone as this is very reasonable price.
