Our tour to Giza pyramids was amazing. They arranged free transportation from and to hotel. Our tourist mike was very experienced and knowledgeable about the history of the pyramids. We loved the tour and felt safe all the time. He gave us tips in how to deal with vendors and what to do after the tour. Camel ride was fun and amazing.

Fatma from Go Discovery Travel was our guide. She was amazing! Not only did we get much history from her but, being that it was our first day in Egypt, she gave us tips for the rest of our trip.

Highly recommend this tour and Fatma!

Our tour guide was the amazing and inspiring Waleed! Pursuing his postgraduate studies and at the same time touring groups in Egypt - Waleed is definitely knowledgeable, easy-going and very accommodating. We had so much fun and Waleed made us want to come back to Egypt again already.

Amazing Tour with an incredible guide! Fatma picked us up earlier than the tour time at our request and was one of the most amazing tour guides we have ever had. She is knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic about imparting her wisdom. She was patient and understood my need for wanting good photographs and probably took 300 pictures of us, some of which were of a professional level. She navigated through the crowds of vendors with great expertise and made sure we weren't disturbed. Even if you are interested in purchasing souvenirs, she will take you to a reputable vendor and help you negotiate a good price. We are so grateful to her for our incredible experience! Thanks so much, Fatma!

This half day tour was amazing. Fatma was our tour guide with Mostafa, the driver. Fatma confirmed our tour the night before. She was very knowledgeable in Egyptian history and symbolism. She told the history as you would tell a story. She was patient with questions and we were not hurried. Mostafa was always waiting to take us to the next stop. Fatma knew the best places to take pictures at the pyramids. The camel ride was a wonderful experience. Lunch was local Egyptian food that we enjoyed. This is an exciting experience that you should not miss and Fatma makes it extra special.

We took this tour a few days ago, and I have to say that I learned a lot. I ended up having the same tour guide for the first three days we spent in Cairo. Mohammed, who also goes by mady, was amazing and he really knew his stuff. He answered any questions we had regarding the tour, even questions we had about other things we were curious about learning in context to the culture, religion and the country itself. I do not think out experience would have Been the same if we had different guides each day. I have to say that his English is very good, and he also knows various other languages quite well to accommodate various groups of people. I would love to come back and have him again to learn more about the different parts of the country I was unable to get to on this trip. He most definitely made this trip an enjoyable one.

However, just a heads up:
Even though my friends and I really wanted to ride a camel coming to Egypt for the first time, we realized how much we coulda went without it. I think maybe the experience would have been different away from the pyramids because it would be a little less touristy.

This half day trip was really a 3/4 day trip - great value for the money! Our tour guide, Khaled, and our driver, Abdul, were fabulous. They arrived on time at our hotel and Khaled shared information about the ruins, pyramids, and Cairo throughout the whole trip. The camel ride was really short which was fine with us. We came to understand that it could have been longer based on how much of a tip one plans to give the camel handlers.

The tour was exceptional. Our tour guide, Mohamed, is very knowledgeable about Egyptian history and made sure to provide facts along the way throughout the tour. The pyramids, without question, were incredible, and the camel ride is actually very well worth it. I also appreciated the flexibility of not being forced into souvenir/shopping additions since I wasn't interested, and the majority of the trip focusing on what I was interested in- which was the cultural aspect of Egypt. Overall, great experience and very pleasant guide and driver.

I had a great time! Pyramids are amazing, and I paid extra 300 EGP to enter inside the biggest one. It was very challenging to climb inside, I had to bend over and climb along a narrow path for about 10 minutes. It's empty inside, many people say that it's not worth it but I feel that it's worthy because you can see the structure inside.
I think it's necessary to book a tour and go with a local tour guide because it's very very chaotic around pyramids. the merchants will keep bothering tourists to sell things, also you might be ripped-off for camel ridings if you go there alone.
