David, our tour guide had a wealth of knowledge and was pleasant and accommodating to both myself and adult son. While in the cemetery we happened to meet a local historian who was planting flowers at six graves. This gentleman is an author and it was an extra special treat to chat with him.

We had a very good experience on this tour. Philip was a very knowledgeable and energetic tour guide. He gave us great insights into preparations for D-Day, great detail of D-Day itself and the days and weeks afterwards. A very humbling experience and something we would recommend for anyone, Canadian or otherwise. Some logistical notes we took the train from Paris, and with the length of the tour, it worked out to be a very good day trip. We were picked up at Bayeux train station at 13:00 although other pickups in the area can be arranged , and we were able to make the 18:35 back to Paris we had originally booked on the 20:09, but pulled it ahead, note: some train tickets have restrictions and can not be changed, we were only able to rebook because the later train was delayed 40 min.

My wife and I visited the Canadian World War II sites and we were in complete awe. It was a very humbling experience and our tour guide, Philip, made it so much better. He gave us a visual journey of D-Day and many other Canadian contributions during WW2.

This was an absolutely fascinating tour with an extremely knowledgeable and passionate host. Although the topic is quite heavy and sad, it was incredibly interesting. We went to all of the important sites. The tour guide was an absolutely pleasure and answered all our questions. Would suggest to anyone who will be in the area!

This tour was a gem, highly recommended! Romain, the tour guide, was exceptional. His knowledge of the history surrounding the Canadian landing at Juno was first class. His passion for the subject matter was very palpable. Too bad this tour is difficult to book because there are not a lot of dates available after July.

My wife's father had flown cover with the RCAF over Juno Beach, so, the tour was meaningful.
We were pleased with the depth of knowledge of our guide, who had to shorten the tour a bit to accommodate our
train schedule. Particularly impressive were the Juno Beach Center, Canada House and the Canadian Cemetery.
Part of a bucket list taken care of very well.

I recommend this tour to anyone going to visit the D-Day beaches to do this tour and learn about Canada's involvement on that day. Eye opening!

Amazing tour. Guide was incredible and spent time looking up the specific history of my relative and showing me historical places, monuments, etc. relevant to him. Even knew of his regiment and showed me where it landed on the beach, pointed out people who would have fought alongside him, and EVEN knew of a book in the Juno Beach Book Store that had a quote from my grandfather. Incredible. His historical knowledge of the Canadian involvement in WWII was extremely impressive for a non-Canadian. Kudos.
