Warning: bait and switch! Even though this is advertised as a small group tour, limited to 10 people, it's actually a massive, cruise-ship-style-excursion with about 50 people. According to the manager, the company doesn't even offer small-group tours. They were full of excuses and wouldn't take any responsibility for the false advertising. They refused to give me a refund and were incredibly rude.

Even knowing that the tour is 50 people, it's not a good one. We checked in 30 minutes in advance and still my party of 6 was split up into 4 parts of the boat seated 2, 2, 1, 1. If you're seated at or near the back on the wrong side you won't even be able to see the coastline or caves because your view will be completely obstructed. The boat is so large that it's next to impossible to hear or understand the guide's narration if you're not at the front, and it's too big to go into any of the caves, etc., meaning that you don't get to see as much as you would on a smaller vessel. We searched for dolphins for around 30 minutes before finding some - which were wonderful - but then 3 other tour boats showed up within 2-3 minutes causing the dolphins to disappear, and we had to rush back after about 5-6 minutes in total.

Overall, the tour was mediocre and the staff and service were terrible. Do yourself a favor a book a tour on a smaller vessel with a company that respects its customers.
