Fair Park Tours

The 1936 Texas Centennial Exposition was hosted at Fair Park, now home to 277 acres (110 hectares) of six recreational, sports and entertainment venues, a swag of attractions and eight museums.

The Texas State Fair is held here annually, and the Cotton Bowl Stadium hosts soccer tournaments.

Tour the park’s original Art Deco architecture, visit the Dallas Museum of Natural History’s planetarium and big-screen IMAX theater, and admire the cacti in the Texas Discovery Gardens.

Take a ride on the country’s largest Ferris wheel if you dare, snap a photo of the replica of Washington’s Mount Vernon home, view African art at the African-American Museum, and see snapping turtles at the Dallas Aquarium.
